Kaizo

Terms of use

These terms apply to the Kaizo app and the kaizo.fit website. By creating an account, you accept them.

1. Publisher

Kaizo is published by WEDO TECHNOLOGY, Résidence Al Badr, Lot. 11, Bldg. 99, 2nd floor, Aïn Sebaâ, Casablanca, Morocco. Contact: [email protected].

2. Your account

3. The service

Kaizo helps you track your training and your food: programs, gym mode, records, food diary, statistics, reminders and, depending on your plan, artificial intelligence features (meal analysis, voice, assistant, coach, review, packaging reading).

Kaizo is not a medical device and does not replace the advice of a doctor, a dietitian or a qualified coach. Nutrition values, suggested loads and AI answers are estimates. See a health professional before starting a program, if you have a health condition, are pregnant or have an eating disorder, and stop any exercise that causes pain. The assistant saves nothing without your confirmation: check its proposals.

Allergies and intolerances. Kaizo compares the foods proposed by the AI with the allergies in your profile and warns you when in doubt; you then have to confirm explicitly. This check depends on the names of the foods and on the label data available: it can miss an allergen or traces. Always check the label and the ingredients of what you eat. If you have a severe allergy or follow a medical diet, follow the advice of a health professional: Kaizo is not designed to manage a medical diet.

4. Plans, subscriptions and payment

5. Your content

You keep ownership of what you enter (sessions, meals, photos, messages). You allow us to process it only to run Kaizo for you. The dishes and foods you create may, after review by our team, be added to Kaizo's shared catalogue without your name or any information about you (dish name, recipe and nutrition values only).

Products submitted to the catalogue. When you submit a packaged product (photos of the packaging and values), you confirm that you took these photos yourself and that they show only the packaging, with no person in them. You grant WEDO TECHNOLOGY a free, non-exclusive, worldwide and perpetual licence to use the values, texts and translations drawn from them in Kaizo's catalogue. The product is published at once marked "Unverified", then checked, corrected or removed by our team. The photos are only used for this check: they are never published and are erased as described in the privacy policy. Abusive submissions (offensive content, non-food or prohibited products) may lead to the suspension of this feature.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: bypass the limits or security of the service, use it in an automated or bulk way, resell access, send unlawful or offensive content (to support or to the assistant), or try to access other users' data. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, after warning you except in an emergency.

7. Intellectual property and sources

The app, its code, texts, logo and visuals belong to WEDO TECHNOLOGY. Kaizo also uses third-party data and resources under their licences:

8. Availability and changes

We do our best to keep Kaizo available at all times, without being able to guarantee it (maintenance, provider outage). We may change features; if a change significantly reduces an active paid plan, we let you know in advance.

9. Liability

Kaizo is provided to support you, and you remain the sole judge of your training and diet. To the extent permitted by law, WEDO TECHNOLOGY is not liable for indirect damage or for the consequences of decisions made on the basis of the app's estimates. Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to you as a consumer by the law of your country of residence.

10. Personal data

How it is processed is described in the privacy policy.

11. Changes to these terms

For any significant change, we let you know in the app at least 15 days in advance. If you disagree, you can delete your account and cancel your subscription.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. In case of dispute, first contact [email protected] to find an amicable solution. Failing that, the courts of Casablanca have jurisdiction, subject to the consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
